About Amy

I have been a small business owner for 15 years, and have mentored and taught hundreds of women along the way in small business practices. I get excited working with small business and meeting so many great people along the way!

Three years ago, I started shooting professionally, and began teaching other women how to use their cameras. It has been an exciting ride, to say the least! In the past 3 years, I have been blessed to teach over 200 women photography, photoshop and lightroom.

I am passionate about creating images that are more artistic, tell a story and capture the spirit of you and your family.

Some of my favorite work has been for the cover of the Phoenix Zoo, multiple cover shots for The North Gilbert Breeze, The Groves, shooting on Chase Field, and a fasion editorial and cover shot for the 202 magazine. My clients range from infants to children and families, brides and a few amazing Diamondback families. But really, each new shoot I do becomes my new favorite!

This year, I co-founded the site Photo Business Tools with my friend and partner, Amy Swaner to help other photographers to learn to master the business aspect of photography. It has been so fun to get back in the trenches of starting a new business, and helping women succeed at their own business as well!
